Python Script for Auto Close
Hi,
I recently tested and was able to get the script to work in the test environment.
Auto Close Script
Upon deploying to production, i just changed the URL and Technician Key and expect it to work. However i am getting the below error now when the script runs.
Schedule : Auto Close Resolved Tickets executed, Result: Traceback (most recent call last):
File "AutoClose.py", line 40, in <module> RequestID = request_Obj["Request ID"] KeyError: 'Request ID'
The only difference i can think of is that Production has SSL but am not sure if that is causing the issue as it doesn't seem to be related to authentication.
