Hi,
I have upgraded the Servicedesk from version 9202 to 9309 and deployed the latest agent through the domain. Unfortunately the agent is not communicating with the server after that. Tried installing the agent manually also.
Server side Asset History shows as follows,
Servicedesk Details are as follows
Edition = Professional, Ver 9309
DB = MSSQL 2014
Asset side
Appreciate if you could help me on this.
