When trying to discover accounts on a Windows Domain server I get the error 'Unable to fetch accounts' (1) Device unreachable (2) Insufficient privileges to fetch accounts. The server can reach the remote server via DNS name and the windows service is running with Domain admin privileges. We are seeing some instances where a computer has a different name than what is in DesktopCentral. For example, we start out with laptop01 that is in DesktopCentral. Hi all, does anyone know if it's possible to automate a VM snapshot before installing patch updates? We're utilizing the automated patch deployment tasks, but I don't see any options to run pre-deployment activities with updates.
