I have just noticed today that it appears our Task notifications (from the template for "E-mail the group technicians when a Task is assigned to a group.") no longer include details from the request that the task is connected to. I thought that is what the $ParentProperties variable did? Am I mistaken and these notifications were never pulling those details?

I do not know how long this has been the case. Our production helpdesk is currently on build 12007.
