When adding a custom field using the type checkbox with multiple values it's impossible to use "Display values: Vertical" when the user display language translates to something other than "Vertical", i.e the swedish translation is "Vertikal".

Select list validation is probably using the option description text instead of <option> value, which blocks the user from saving the Incident Template if a Vertical list is chosen.

Screenshot of the field dialog below is when the display language is English and can successfully be saved. If I change the display language to Swedish, it can no longer be used or saved. Any Incident Templates that use this field can not be edited unless the user changes the display language to English:
