Issue running custom scripts after updating to 13008

After updating to 13008 we are now getting the below error when trying to run custom scripts.

Invoke-RestMethod : The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.

I've confirmed that TLS1.2 wasn't enabled as a security protocol for our server as the script would not work through PowerShell manually either with the same message. I enabled TLS1.2 and the script now works correctly through PowerShell but we are still getting the error through ServiceDesk. ServiceDesk and the server it is hosted on have been restarted and TLS1.2 is listed as enabled in SD security settings.


Where else do I need to enable this to get these to work again?
