How to refer to default settings in Business Rules and SLAs for sites
I have about 21 sites and every site has its own Support Groups but all sites have the same SLA and Business Rules.
SDP must copy SLA and Business Rules from the default setting to other sites and when an SLA or Business Rules had changes in the default setting exact same change must apply to other sites
how can I config my SDP in the site setting or other settings for my purpose?
I am using SDP version 12007 with MSSQL database
