Promote a Request to a Change
Is there a way to promote a Request (either Incident or Service) to a new Change?
Ideally Request would get closed, history would note "promoted to Change ID 5555", All Request Info would transfer into a New Change using default template.
Possible now or would this be an EXCELLENT new feature request?
