Email command templates not Working.
So I've got the Email command thing to create tickets mostly working except for @@REQUESTTEMPLATE=New Employee@@ . It will populate the template field in the ticket just fine but will not create any of the tasks associated with the template. The actual mail looks like this msg.To = service@test.com msg.From = techguy@test.com msg.Subject = @SDP@New user request: @@REQUESTTEMPLATE=New Employee@@ @@ACCOUNT=HelpDesk@@ @@OPERATION=AddRequest@@ @@TITLE=New user request@@ @@REQUESTER=HumanResources@@

MSI software deployment have the option to browse and associate an MST file
I know you can specify an msi transforms file (mst file) using the "MSIEXEC/EXE/ISS/Command" option within Software Deployment but to me it would seem a slicker solution if when you have the package type set as MSI you had the optional option to browse and associate a MST file. Any Idea when this feature might be implemented? We have customers with many sites and they create tickets on behalf of other sites. This is causing a lot of negative feedback regarding the application. This really needs to be fixed. The system can not always assume that the problem will be associated with the requester's site. I know this is in your roadmap. Just need an update.

Distributed Edition ELA - Unable to contact Managed Servers
Hi, I've recently deployed EventLog Analyzer Distributed Edition with one Admin Server, and three Managed Servers. - The three Managed servers are reporting as "UP" on the Admin server - I can browse to each of the three Managed Servers from a web browser on the Admin server - eg. https://10.1.1.1:8911 admin/admin BUT, using the same credentials as above for the Managed Server setting, I get Data Collection Status "Unable to contact remote Machine" Anyone have any experience with this???? CPU does not appear while monitored using WMI
HI Team, we are using opmanager 10200 build .we are able to monitor more than 100 servers and components without any issue .we have problem with only one server while monitoring its CPU using WMI .I have verified the server for credentials both SNMP and WMI has passed .all other components like memory disk are being monitored without any issue but only CPU resource utilization fails even during test monitor .How ever am able to monitor the CPU using SNMP can anyone help me to find the root cause

ESX 5.5 issue ?
We have noticed that Opmanager is not keeping track of VMs properly. We recently upgraded to ESX 5.5 but it may of been happening before. If you drill down into one of the ESX hosts, the number of VMs at the top right is correct, but the listed VMs on the server are not correct and number of VMs does not match the top figure. This is happening on all the ESX servers we are monitoring. We are running the latest version of Opmanager.

Can you please add a link to the "device added successfully" page that will open the device I just added? This is just a small annoyance, but after adding a device, I have to search the IP address or name to find it. It makes more sense to just have the link right there. Thanks :)

Hello, I just upgraded to Internet Explorer 11 and now, when i use OpManager i get a lot of pop-ups with the message "Are you sure you want to leave this page ?" with option "Leave this page" (it opens my submap), with "Stay on this page" (dows nothing). So how can we get rid of this pop-ups from IE ? Thanks.
Keyboard mapping issues with Windows Remote Desktop and SSH login helpers
Hi All, I have just installed Build 6903 on a nice fresh server and am having a few problems with auto login. The first is that the putty and "remote desktop" login helpers are not proposed. I am guessing that this also will mean that any helpers I add will also be ignored (although I must admit to not having tried). But this is less important for the moment. The main issue that I have is that the login helpers that I can access have keyboard mapping issues. First here is a picture of my German Macbook

I am new to SDP MSP 8.2 and we are just about to release to our customers We have successfully got Active Directory single sign on working for one domain however I now find that when accessing http://servicdesk.acme.com/siteurl for another other accounts we have setup then a prompt dialog appears. How to set up an email alert for exceeding X number of failed login attempts within a given time period?
I am looking to get an email alert when there have been too many failed logon attempts on any given account. For example, occasionally a server has a service that logs in as Administrator, and it will attempt to login a few hundred times in a matter of minutes. Because of this I can't turn on the lock-out policy for the Administrator account. But I'd like to receive a notification immediately after this happens.
