Need to change AD authentication Server information

Need to change AD authentication Server information

Hi,
 
Recently we have changed our internal infrastrucutre. In the process we have changed domain server name. Now, we can't login to change the information in ServiceDesk. Is there any backdoor to change the information? Please let me know. It is very urgent. Thanks.
