Spercific WMI counters not working

Hi all,
I am having issues with the Disk read/write bytes and disk queue length WMI counters. When I add the counters to a Virtual Machine (they work fine on a physical machine) they do not work nor test. In this instance we require these stats to be pulled from the Windows OS, as the servers in question are hosted in a public cloud and we are unable to use the vsphere API or run snmp queries against the underlying virtual infrastructure.

I can successfully run a powershell string which querys the WMI database on the OS of the server in question and it displays the counters and the values as required. This shows that the WMI class that I require is active and provides me with the required stats.

Can anybody help me on this please?
