Out of office notifications showing up in requests

Out of office notifications showing up in requests

Hi,

We just started using ServiceDesk Plus.  We noticed that if someone has their "Out of Office" notification enabled in their email in Outlook it is showing up in the requests.

Is there a way to stop getting these?
