[SDF-41306] No Reply From User in ticket notification
We often have several requestors cc'd on tickets. When the technician receives a notification from the SDP the notification only lists the official requestor on the ticket and NOT the person that actually replied. I've looked through the variables available in the notification template and don't see an option for adding the user that replied to the template. Example: User A creates request w/User B cc'd Technician replies to request with User A as the To and User B in the CC User B replies to technician

Superseded patches still listed as missing after Desktop Central upgrade
We recently upgraded to version 10.0.347. Mainly due to a lot of bugs. However, we're still seeing updates that were superseded months ago listed in our missing patches list. Right now it's down to one last patch, 106372 MSWU-3134 2019-01 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.7.2 for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64 (KB4481031) This was superseded in Feb by MS19-FEB8. Granted it's only missing on 1 machine, but since it's been superseded for so long, it still counts against

The ManageEngine AdManager Plus service started and then stopped
I cannot get my ADManger Plus service to run. After a server reboot it will stay running a few minutes and then stop. It cannot get it to start again. Other Manage Engine services are running with the service account with no problems. I see nothing helpful in the event log. Any help would be appreciated.

Office 365 Monitor - Exchange Online not getting data
Poll will say Data Collection Successful but there is no data. The account I am using is licensed with E3 and is set as a global admin for the tenant. We have excluded the account from our MFA requirements on the tenant. The account pulls data for Skype and SharePoint fine. Just missing data for Exchange. I can login to the tenant with our monitoring account and see all the admin features just fine. What else should I be looking at to make this work? All the Pre-Reqs have been installed.

OPM probe configuration issue with proxy setup.
I'm installing the OPM probe and try to connect to OPM central from internet. The OPM probe was installed in the branch office which goes to internet by proxy, but the proxy is setup without credential. This is the reason I cannot pass the installation process without username and password fill in during proxy setup in OPM probe installation. Is there any way I can setup with the proxy without credential in my case, because i cannot change the proxy server setup in my network.

Issue with importing assets
I tried to import assets through CSV file. As per shown at the attached screenshot, i selected the asset category as "Non-IT", and the asset type as "Asset". also i chose the appropriate column header for the fields, and imported the assets. i found the product type is created but with asset category "IT", although i selected it as ''Non-IT''. Upgrade from 9400 to 10000 fails
Hello, We are trying to upgrade our instance of Servicedesk from 9.3 Build 9324 to 10000. We are successful in upgrading to 9400 but from here we cannot upgrade any further. When using the Servicepack to upgrade from 9400 to 10000 we are prompted to create a "master key password" and then a error message saying "An error occured during decryption. Upgrade halted. Start ServiceDesk Plus 9400" I have looked through the updatemgrlog0, 1 and 2 and have noticed this at the latest time stamps. Any assitance

Can't create CI History Report with filter
If we create a report to show CI History without any filters it works fine but if we choose advanced filter: CI-type the report gets blank. We se multiple pages but no entries in the report. Cannot remote server from Portal
Hello, I'm Salman. I got a problem when access the PMP server through the portal, let say it is pmp.com. I cannot remote into the server-A through pmp.com. But, when I'm inside the pmp.com server, I'm able to remote server-A through the portal. At the first time, I thought it was the firewall port issue, then I'm allowing all the port to the pmp.com server but still no progress. Do you know what happened here?

Mailflow suddenly stops...
Suddenly, whilst midst of our work, mailflow stopped working? Error is always: "Mail sending failed. Invalid addresses. Failed addresses: emailadres". Regardless of which mailaddresses i use, this is always the error. I immediatelly tested our own mailserver, but we are all receiving and sending mails through our own Exchange server without issues - incoming and outgoing. What is going on?

Can not enroll device take 2
Seems as though my last post was deleted so I'll tray again. Can not enroll an Android 8.1 device. Send by invitation. Personal device. Install the MDM app on the device and it authenticates. Work profile starts to be installed onto the device. The icon to the MDM app then disappears and I get something that states "OperatorPluggin has stopped working". The device does not finish setting and remains as "Yet to Enroll" in the console (Cloud).

I was trying to update our Service desk plus and follow all prerequisites below. select Globalconfigid,category,paramvalue from globalconfig where category like 'WoToCIMigration' and parameter like 'IsCompleted'; select Globalconfigid,category,paramvalue from globalconfig where category like 'CONVERSATION_MIGRATION' and parameter like 'IS_CONVERSATION_MIGRATION_COMPLETED'; all param are "true" but still having this error..
