Office 365 Monitor - Exchange Online not getting data

Poll will say Data Collection Successful but there is no data. The account I am using is licensed with E3 and is set as a global admin for the tenant. We have excluded the account from our MFA requirements on the tenant. The account pulls data for Skype and SharePoint fine. Just missing data for Exchange. 

I can login to the tenant with our monitoring account and see all the admin features just fine. What else should I be looking at to make this work? All the Pre-Reqs have been installed.
