KB4489886 - Not installing Windows 10 1709 March Update
The above update is failing on all test machines. According to Microsoft, this patch has now been superseded by KB4489890. However, this new patch doesn't seem available for download. It's not listed anywhere within the Patch Mgmt. system. Is this still being tested on your end before releasing?
Incorrect time zone
Recently we updated the version of our ManageEngine MSP Plus to the most recent version, with this update we have an one problem that we need to help us with the solution of them. Problem with the time zone, the exported reports are exported with 2 hours more than the one shown directly on the platform.
Build 9415. No longer possible to change site on request
Under edit it has been possible to change site but that has changed after installation of 9415. We get mails that we forward in to servicedesk, and the change site and requester, but that is not longer possible, or is there some config that we need to do? Regards Hans Orbert Anzena
APM Oracle DB old object
Hi all, After upgrade to Build Number 13980 we have a problem with 2 oracle DB. APM report health status critical because "WEB_SWA085-MACDOS is down ". This is not DB Link, tablespace, user. This object doesn't exist on this DB. Maybe in the past ..but not now. How i can clear that ? This is false positv for us.
[ SD-73911]Security issue
Hello, we just did an upgrade from build from 9424 -> 10000 -> 10013 and we noticed that all the credentials for Network scanning are saved in clear in the serveroutX.txt every time a scan is ran. This is not the first time this issue occurs to us, It's is very unprofessional and a breach of our trust since support is requesting the logs to debug some errors.

I found EUM agent registered to APM is use hostname but my environment each location PC hostname is same. are there any solution to solve this in EUM? e.g. to identify agent by MAC or internal ID? Thank you! Code Chang

Desktop Central showing user installed Chrome as incorrect version
On some stations chrome is showing as the incorrect version, or even multiple different versions when only one is installed. This seems to only happen when it's installed by the use (appdata install). - Uninstalls fail from the desktop central interface. - Only the correct version shows in the users appdata folder - Only the correct version shows in the user's registry hive under windows/current version/uninstall Does anyone know where it's getting the information to hold on to these older versions
AD OU Report Incomplete
When running the All OUs report, we noticed that not all the OU's are showing up. I have set AD Report Settings schedule to run daily but still old info shows in the reports. New computers are getting agents deployed fine though.
Application Manager not using internal cert
I followed the steps posted here to import the certs into the keystore. I used the existing keystore. However after restarting the service the service is still trying to use the internal cert. [Solved]Emails not getting flagged for deletion
Just started yesterday afternoon. 2:23 fetching happened, and then those emails were deleted from server. And then 2:24 fetching happened, and emails stopped being deleted. This resulted in 100's of extra tickets being created for emails that were already fetched. We have stopped and restarted the ME service, and the entire ME server as well. And also stopped and restarted fetching. Anyone have any ideas?
Build 9415 Reports Module no longer reads "projectcomments c" as a project field.. PLEASE ASSIST
My organization runs a "project comments" report from the Reports module in SDP-MSP to go hand in hand with a full project report pulled from Analytics Plus. Because for some reason Analytics Plus can not pull project comments from SDP-MSP??? Scan workstation with Windows XP operating system through the agent
Hi, In my organization we need to scan the workstation through the agent. The problem appears with some workstation that have Windows XP operating system, which we can not scan, the others (with Windows 7 or 10) are scanned without problem. We have done all kinds of tests, the scanning through the script does not work either. We assume that the problem is caused by encryption, since we have the application through SSL. We would greatly appreciate any help. Thank you.

SMS notifications lag significantly
We currently have SMS notifications set up by way of a Business Rule for a particular technician group when a high priority incident is created in their group. The SMS notifications are currently sending via mobile service provider (not an SMS gateway provider); all the phones are with Verizon, so the SMS mail IDs are configured with @vzwpix.com on the end of the phone number. Probably about 70% of the time, the notifications come through as expected. The other 30%, the notifications will arrive
[SOLVED] Technician Auto-Assign - But the technician is gone....
We have a strange issue in which a technician (whose account was deleted from Service Desk and AD account moved to a non-syncing OU) is still getting tickets assigned to them. I tried to add them back but the USER_ID is now different than what it was. This makes sense, but I need to know if anyone has seen this issue before or has a thought on how to resolve. My theory is that the old USER_ID is still in a SQL table somewhere as as valid technician to send tickets. The log viewer shows the following
[SOLVED]Changing Incident Template results in INVALID_CSRF_TOKEN
Hello, We have two Incident-Templates in ServiceDesk Plus, that are unusable. Locked behind the error INVALID_CSRF_TOKEN. Whenever we change or try to delete these two templates, we get the same error.. Changes made are discarded; A delete action is ignored/unsuccessful. Both templates are very minimalistic as shown in added screenshot. Please help remove the templates and find out what the problem is, so we can prevent this error from happening again. Greets, Danny
Mobile SMTP settings not working due to formatting in Mobile field
We use formatting in our Mobile number field in AD. Unfortunately, when we configure the SMS settings via SMTP to use mobile number, it doesn't work due to this formatting. Can it be configured to strip formatting (ie all non-numbers) from the mobile number inside the %mobNo% macro? Or add a %mobNoNumsOnly% or something like that?
Missing Restrict Scheduler Rules
Anyone run into issues where newly created Restrict Schedule rule disappear after you create them? I just created a new Restrict Scheduler rule to run every morning restricting disabled/expired AD accounts but after saving the rule it doesn't show up on the Restrict Users Scheduler list.

Probably the username provided in "Domain Settings" is not a member of "Exchange View Only Administrator" / "Organization Management" Group.
If we're creating a new user in our other two domains, we can create a mailbox enabled user. We have one domain were we get the error in the Subject line. We've had several users try the following steps with the same error message. Ad Mgmt - Create Single User - Exchange - Mailbox Enabled User. Under Mail Server, we get No Mail Servers Available. RequestLink shows old web server port 8080 in URL, even after changing the port to 80
We have just changed the web server port for ServiceDesk Plus (10.0 Build 10014) using the <<Changewebserverport.bat>> batch in the BIN folder (changed from 8080 to 80) ... worked perfectly for the web interface. However, now when e-mail notifications are sent out about requests, they are still referring to the old web server port ... and thus the Requestlink's do not work.

Email a group when a requester replies
Hi, I am running SDP Cloud, and am trying to find where to configure the option for any reply goes to a group, not just the assigned technician. We are getting a huge number of tickets, so often people are chasing up a request before it assigned to anyone. As the manager, I also want to keep on top of replies from requesters to other technicians within my team. I can't find an option other than emailing the assigned technician. ServiceNow Integration problem

Downloading attachments for technicians does not work using the "File Upload" Custom Fields
Hello Team. In the Desktop Central console v10.0.239 we created a custom field called "File Invoice" of type File Upload. Both Administrators and Desktop Central Technicians can attach files to this custom field successfully. But the download of the attachments only works from the Administrators profile. It does not work for other technical profiles. When we try to download the attached file using a Technician profile, it does not work. The Web page appears in blank. Our tablets are unable to update to the latest version of our application. it keeps throwing us an error for every tablet that we try to update: APK installation failed: [INSTALL_FAILED_VERIFICATION_FAILURE] I have tried a few different methods. It has only been delivered successfully to 1 tablet. from all the other tablets i have tried it has failed with that error. I did a quick google, and it says to make sure that you allow apps unknown sources/apps to be installed which is set on all the tablets.
