Hello Team.
In the Desktop Central console v10.0.239 we created a custom field called "File Invoice" of type File Upload.
Both Administrators and Desktop Central Technicians can attach files to this custom field successfully.
But the download of the attachments only works from the Administrators profile. It does not work for other technical profiles.
When we try to download the attached file using a Technician profile, it does not work. The Web page appears in blank.
How can we download the attachments from other technical roles other than Administrators?
