Just started yesterday afternoon.  2:23 fetching happened, and then those emails were deleted from server.  And then 2:24 fetching happened, and emails stopped being deleted. This resulted in 100's of extra tickets being created for emails that were already fetched.  

We have stopped and restarted the ME service, and the entire ME server as well.  And also stopped and restarted fetching.

Anyone have any ideas?
