Superseded patches still listed as missing after Desktop Central upgrade

We recently upgraded to version 10.0.347. Mainly due to a lot of bugs. However, we're still seeing updates that were superseded months ago listed in our missing patches list.

Right now it's down to one last patch,

2019-01 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.7.2 for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64 (KB4481031)

This was superseded in Feb by MS19-FEB8. Granted it's only missing on 1 machine, but since it's been superseded for so long, it still counts against our numbers. Most of the other superseded patches have since disappeared since the upgrade.

I have manually run the Update Vulnerability scan in hopes to clear this update out. So far no luck.

For the most part, we have this running the way we need it to.

Any suggestions?
