is causing an issue when sophos anti virus is installed

when this patch is installed with sophos it will cause windows to hang for over an hour.
is manageengine aware of this issue? for now i have declined this patch.
issue only seems to affect windows 7 and 8.1
How can i see what computers got this uninstalled and can i uninstall through desktopcentral
