Can't assign request
SDP 14105 updated, rebooted, but nothing seems can be solve this annoying problem. Some tickets can't be assigned correctly. I can compile all informations of the ticket but when I select a technician to assign that request, SDP confirms the operation

How to Add Static IP Address ranges to OpUtils
Is there a way to add ranges of static IP addresses to IPAM in OpUtils. For some reason I only see DHCP IP addresses. I have several subnets where the a specific portion of range of IP addresses for those subnets are being provided via DHCP then obviously anything outside of the DHCP range are used as static. I would like OpUtils to manage those IP addresses as well instead of just the DHCP addresses which for the most part manage themselves.

DesktopCentral inventory reporting software packages twice on each PC
DesktopCentral software inventory is reporting many packages twice in the displayed list for each PC. This means the inventory lists are long as each software item is listed twice, and those that are licensed are reporting twice as many licences in use than there should be.
