Our SAML login suddenly stopped working.

Hi,

We would like to get some help to read the logs and see the images below, maybe we're just missing something?
I don't recall seeing additional fields in earlier version (13...) but it has worked for a while since latest update.
Yesterday SAML login worked, nothing as been changed with our ADFS nor ServiceDesk Plus. We did have changes around 2 weeks ago, that was the upgrade to 
14.0 Build 14006

We've checked the certificate and it seems to be correct, even uploaded the same one. We are experiencing the problem in both our test and production environments.

We can recreate the problem and compress the log files, would be much appreciated to know how to troubleshoot/read the log files for future use if it's not too much to explain.
