14.1 Build 14105
We have uncovered a critical issue with the Helpdesk 14.1 Build 14105 when a technician tries to use the Reply, Reply all or Forward functions from a new reply that comes in as part of a conversation to the existing request, it does not work. Clicking those icons or buttons generates no reply window. This is true both when using Icons and/or Buttons.
This issue is impacting any new or old replies that came into an existing request. If a technician tries to use Reply, Reply all or Forward function from the original email/description of the request in the Helpdesk then Reply/Reply All/Forward will work and a window will come up where you can type your message and send, but that does not have the latest conversation attached to the reply and it will have only the original description.
Is anyone else having this issue ?
