Having just updated to the latest build 10.1.2228.26, I am unable to get the Endpoint Central services to stop, when initiating it from the "Stop Service" context menu when right-clicking on the CE Server icon in the Windows System Tray. The error I get is:

RunAsAdmin.exe
[Content]
Windows cannot find 'RunAsAdmin.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.
[OK]
PS: When trying to open a case throiugh your online chat, I was not given the option of opening a technical issue case for Endpoint Central, by Zia. Various other Service Desk products but nothing for EC!? So, here I am...
