After some updates on sdpondemand.manageengine.com portal Service, we have a lot of issues, which we didn't have before. Is it possible to personalize the formatting of the text when I reply or create the requests? Today the formatting of the text has been changed and default text formatting became Times new Roman with small letters. Previously there was Arial or Verdana font by default, but now it is removed.. It does not match the formating rules for our company. As well Times new roman font is not comfortable. How can I change the default font formatting to Arial or Verdana? Can you get back this option?
