Errors in the "list view" page
Dear all, I have a problem in my OpManager Professional (Build 8721) which refers to my Servers Map. If I open the server map in the "Map" view, i can see all of my configured servers correctly listed and, by clicking on them, i can correctly get all of the details. The problem is that, if i switch to the List View, i see the same servers listed many times up to the number of servers configured. all the others are simply missing in the List View. I've already tried to run a RepairDB with no success...

Hello, Running Opmgr 8721. Installed the Netflow Analyzer plug-in on the OPmanager server, than uninstalled because we have a separate Netflow server. When I try to add the new NA server, the Netflow settings screen keeps showing the IP address of the Opmanager server. Where is this information held so I can delete? ESX host in cluster not updating vm list
Hello, Running Opmgr 8721 with Vmware add-on. We have an ESX cluster with 3 nodes, 1 is currently in maintenance mode. Of the 2 that are active, 1of the hosts in Opmanager is not updating the list of virtual machines that it hosts. I have deleted (from the quick config wizard and removedbentriesnew), then re-added the host, but still the same issue. I will submit an email to support. Thanks.

Reporting mismatch
Hi there... Firstly, i'm new here and i want to salute the community , but... What is the difference (algorithm) between the IN/OUT Traffic counters from the <Interface View> Tab and the "Avg" counters from the <Speed-Graph> screen (see the following pictures). In my understanding they should be the average per selected interval, but they aren't the same (some times they are pretty close). Even for one day report there are noticeable differences. "Unable to create task. Selected computers computername.domain are not available in DC" when attempting to install software via Service Desk to a computer. I click on Select Workstation and I pick the workstation but when I click save I get the error above. The only thing of note is that in Desktop Central the PC is listed by just its name with the domain it is connected to. In Service Desk Plus it is trying to connect to pcname.domain. I can install to a user with no issues.

Number of printers mismatch

Unable to reassign a Request to a new Account
G'day, Occasionally we get requests that are assigned to the wrong Site/Account, either by accident or by the system. This also affects the "Requestor, but we have managed to work out how to change this. The issue is that there is NO way to change the Account for a Request. So that means that we are unable to run reports that accurately pickup the time logged against work orders. Rgds Ben
Daylight savings time has not changed
All the servers and PCs have rolled over to the correct time but Service Desk Plus is still reporting the time as being an hour behind which causes all preventitive maintenance tasks to be an hour late etc. We're using 7.6.0 Build 7608

Hey guys, I have installed the firewall anlyzer 7, everything was working fine until the day yesterday, we found that the hard drive partition where the program is mounting procedures and had no storage capacity. Debugging information from that disk to free space. It left about 8 GB free, but still not after starting the Firewall Analyzer program. Duplicate Users
Are user accounts being created based on the E-mail ID and are these suddenly case sensitive? I am suddenly getting duplicate users being created (who have existing accounts in the system). This is going to become a nightmare to manage if this is the case! Further investigation into this would suggest that it is based on the username rather than the E-mail. Deletion of Account does not remove sites or Requestors
G'day, When an account is deleted, it does not remove the associated sites nor does it remove any Requestors that are tied to these sites. While we can run the various MySQL queries to determine the orphan sites, and then run the query to work out which requestors etc are affected, this is clearly not the way it should be done as there are probably other items in teh database that are also not cleaned up properly. Can you please provide a supported SQL query that will purge the database of any orphan
8.0 Technician Drop Down Blank

E-mail Spam Filter
Seems that the Spam Filter isn't working the way it used to... While new calls aren't being created, existing tickets are being updated. This means that Auto Responders and Out of Office mails are updating tickets when we wouldn't want them to. This can cause a problem with looping!!!

AppManager MySQL on Windows 2008 does not shutdown with 'net stop <AppMan service>'
Hey Folks, When we shutdown Applications Manager using the services.mmc or 'net stop' command, the mysqld-nt process keeps running. The only way we can stop it is to either kill the process via task manager (not recommended) or run 'shutdownApplicationManager.bat -force' We've found this is an issue with Applications Manager on Windows when there's over about 200 monitors. It's annoying but not the end of the world.. except now that we come to best practices that recommends we restart the applications
Disk Threshold Alerts not holding
Hello, Running Opmgr 8721 on a brand new server, started from scratch and installed 8721 and rediscovered all devices. I goto add a disk threshold limit to alert if under 1GB, hit ok, come back and edit the alert to check if the values are still there, and it's empty. All threshold alerts are gone for all servers, over 600! Please help, I have submitted an email to support with a screenshot. Thanks.
Problems whit opmanager v7
Hi. I have a problem in OpManager v7. When I add a host to win2000 server in the category of server detects it whitout Problems, only when the server goes down the OpManager does not detect that this down, always marked as up. On the server I have configured a community that used in OpManager. Add the same host as Desktop, it is detected and when it falls, this category Desktop if it shows how down and generates alerts as assigned. That may be happening? thanks
Problems with OpManager 8721
Hi We have Opmanager 8721 running on Windows 2008 R2 64 bits Standard Edition with 8 Gb RAM and 4 cores. It worked fine until about 2 weeks. We can't add devices at the existing views. When we try to edit one of the business view, nothing happens when we press the add device (or any of the other buttoms). In addition, since yesterday, not updated the availability of the devices monitored and alarms are not cleared to recognize some. any help is appreciated. thanks Horacio

NCM shortcut not available for Cisco Access Point
Hi, I installed the latest OPM 8721 and NCM 5510. I added some Cisco Access Point on both the OPM and NCM. When I look to the Access Point in the OPM I cannot see the shortcut to the Running/Startup configuration like I can see for other devices like Routers or Switches. Is it as per design?
