Event log analyzer - Unclean shutdown of previous run

Event log analyzer - Unclean shutdown of previous run

When I try to start ManageEngine ELA service, it stops and on command promot, it shows the error " Unclean shutdown of previous run" . I have uploaded the log and err file to your website in directory dsl20101111. Please advise asap.
