Some of the Standard Widgets displaying "No Data Available"

Some of the standard widgets appearing on the snapshot page of my routers and switches are showing "No Data Available", even after several days. Those are mostly CPU Utilization, Memory Utilization, Temperature and Backplane Utilization. The various Performance Monitors are correctly delivering the data, which means that the SNMP access is essentially OK.
Now, my specific question is the following: how do I find out what specific OIDs are associated with those "failing" widgets? Where are they defined? Is it possible to change the respective OIDs in case the reason of failure is that the wrong ones are queried?
