Unable to reassign a Request to a new Account

G'day,
Occasionally we get requests that are assigned to the wrong Site/Account, either by accident or by the system.
This also affects the "Requestor, but we have managed to work out how to change this.

The issue is that there is NO way to change the Account for a Request.
So that means that we are unable to run reports that accurately pickup the time logged against work orders.
