Problems with OpManager 8721
Hi
We have Opmanager 8721 running on Windows 2008 R2 64 bits Standard Edition with 8 Gb RAM and 4 cores.
It worked fine until about 2 weeks.
We can't add devices at the existing views. When we try to edit one of the business view, nothing happens when we press the add device (or any of the other buttoms).
In addition, since yesterday, not updated the availability of the devices monitored and alarms are not cleared to recognize some.
any help is appreciated.
