Graphical glitches, preview boxes
Hi, This happens for me a couple of times per day in the request module. After I've hovered over a request the preview boxes gets stuck like the screenshot below shows. Last time it happened right after switching from the admin module to the request module. It also occurs when clicking the "Add/remove columns" if I've hovered over a request just before. Windows 10, IE11, SDP 9317, MSSQL. (It also happens in MS Edge)

Enrollment via URL doesn't work
Hi Team I trying to enroll an iPad with the enrollment URL, like I usually do. After the Profile setup the webpage show me an error that the Enrollment can't be completed. And If I watch on the MDM I see this error "APNs not reachable from iOS device due to 5223 Port Block" I checked my firewall and the port 5223 is not blocked. Any suggestions? DC user creating issue when enable SDP technician access to DC
Hi. I'am testing integration between SDP 9.3 and DC 10.0. Integration was configured using the guide. When I create technician in SDP and enable access to DC and MDM for him, a user with empty username is created in the DC. Domain name is filled, but User name is grayed out. This technician can log in to SDP and have access to DC from SDP, but can't log in to DC without SDP.

In Business Rules, I am unable to configure the following condition. When new request arrives, Description contains @accountdomainname.com Action: Add to Account/Site This would streamline the process of technicians when they forward an email to the ticket system, then have to assign it to a specific client. How can this be automated when the source requestor is the MSP domain not the account domain?

Enable-CsUser error
We have a template process that creates the AD user object and O365 mailbox fine. It then creates the Skype account BUT this is on-premise, not in the cloud. The issue we sometimes run into is that we encounter the attached error. Basically this means that the Skype account wasn’t created. AD Manager Plus Slowness in processing information
It seems there is a lag every time you add a line of information when you are creating new users in AD Manager plus. For example, when creating a new user, you put in the first name and have to wait 5 or so seconds before you are allowed to type in the last name. Then you have to wait after you type in the last name etc. Is this normal? Anyone know of a way to speed the system up?
Scheduled Task Reset
We are having issues with Scheduled Task resets. Seems like Discovery fails and since it doesn't discover anything only the AD password gets reset. The worse part is we get a report stating passwords were successfully changed which is only true for the AD side. For me it's two issues. Discovery failing which is a technical issue and the second being a design issue. Hi experts, My live chat is not functioning. The messages became missed chat as seen in chat settings by Administrator. Is there any pre-requisite steps need to be done such as open firewall port etc? Cannot activate new license for MSP
Hello, I am trying to activate the license sent to us for the MSP version. However, I just get an error message (see attached). I've tried opening a support case unsuccessfully as well. This has been an ongoing issue for some time now.
Desktop Central Wont start
After installing windows update KB4338822 on the desktop central server, the application will no longer start. Anyone else having this problem or have a resolution? EDIT: so it seems as though i can still access desktop centrals site, its just that the icon is no longer in the systray on the server and will not open when clicking the shortcut.
Login with AD account from mobile site not working (works from desktop site)
We use AD authentication, and I can login from SDP’s desktop web site AND from IOS mobile app to SDP. BUT, I cannot login from the mobile site that is displayed when I use my iPhone’s browser. Asset deletes after associating a request to a new change
Just upgraded to 9.3 Build 9307. When we associate a request to a change (new) the asset is pulled in from the request. However, after we save the change, the asset disappears. Please advice how to fix this Thanks, Tammy

I've witnessed some strange behavior in SD+ and was wondering if anyone else had encountered this, or can explain how this is happening. We have the following required fields that need to be filled before a request can be closed Note how "Technician" and (additional field) "Fix Code" are required BEFORE you can close a request. However, it seems there is nothing stopping you closing a request with the required fields, but then removing the information afterwards. Example below (tech's name removed)

How does my help desk staff clear security questions for someone who forgot their answers? My staff has "Operator" role in the "Technician Settings." They do not have an option to clear enrollment or questions for users. There is only 2 roles, admin and operator. Or maybe there is another way?

Moved the selfcert.keystore file to the ./conf folder. Using DUO when Unlocking Account/Resetting password
I've enabled DUO security as per the documentation (https://www.manageengine.com/products/self-service-password/kb/duo-enabled-two-factor-authentication.html) but when I try the unload/password reset feature I never get a DUO notification! I verified that the server can access the "API hostname", however we do have local DUO proxy server. Any idea where I might look for a solution? Thanks Bob

Samsung Galaxy S7 - workspace license expired
We are using MDM in Desktop Central to manage our Samsung phones. Just recently, one of our users is getting the message that his workspace license is expired and it won't let him do anything. How to stop duplicate tickets being emailed.
I have a problem with duplicate ticket creation, there should be a way to set Service Desk so that if a ticket comes in with the same subject and from the same person of an already open ticket that it wont create a new one. I.e. i have a monitoring system that mails the helpdesk once a day of servers with low hard drive space, if the ticket isn't resolved during that day, the next day a 2nd ticket gets created with the same description etc when the system should be smart enough to realize it is

Hello, we have the same problem with incorrect Time Zone, and it's not ok for every user to change manually the Time Zone. Why don't you have a "Default Time Zone" setting so that everybody can use it ? How can we install the latest version of tzupdater.jar ? Can you put it here? Configuration results display Failure - Reports show successful

Mobile App not scanning barcodes
Currently using an iPad with IOS 11.4 as well as an iPhone and it just sits and says scanning at the bottom. Doesn't matter what kind of bar code I try to scan it doesn't do anything.
ChangeOwner permissions to Edit Change - 9.4 9409
Hello, we have ServiceDesk Plus Enterprise 9.4 9409 with MSSQL.. On Changes module, we have the ChangeOwner Role who has Edit permissions on all stages. At the Close stage we need to fill a Change field of the Change details. Based on this post: https://pitstop.manageengine.com/portal/community/topic/change-permissions-not-working-9307-build , the Edit button must appear on all stages. However, the Edit button is not given when viewing the Change record or in the Change details. Thank you.
Server service not starting
I just installed the standard version of Service Desk Plus MSP on a new install of windows 2016 standard. And I click the server icon and it says starting, then started. When I launch the MSP Web Client. I get This page cannot be displayed instead f the logon page. I have rebooted. Made sure I have all of the latest patches. But it will not run.
