We are having issues with Scheduled Task resets. Seems like Discovery fails and since it doesn't discover anything only the AD password gets reset. The worse part is we get a report stating passwords were successfully changed which is only true for the AD side. For me it's two issues. Discovery failing which is a technical issue and the second being a design issue. I don't think Scheduled Task and Service Accounts should rely on discovery and rather a defined association between server, task and account. That should eliminate the false positives if discovery fails. We relied on the reports stating success only to find we had Scheduled that hadn't run in weeks. I realize things break but if we can't rely on the reports I will quickly loose confidence in this product.
