technicians emailing into SDP and auto assign to account/site new ticket creation
In Business Rules,
I am unable to configure the following condition.
When new request arrives,
Description contains @accountdomainname.com
Action:
Add to Account/Site
This would streamline the process of technicians when they forward an email to the ticket system, then have to assign it to a specific client. How can this be automated when the source requestor is the MSP domain not the account domain?
