We've had a handful of Departments slip in to ServiceDesk over the years. These are created when incorrect data is entered in Active Directory and then a User sync is completed. It'll create a new Department. We can correct the data in Active Directory and perform a new sync. But we cannot delete the Department as we get the "Department is being used by a module.
