Hello!

Ever since upgrading from v11133 to v11140, we've been having an issue where if the $AllTechnician variable is present in a Change in the "Change View" field on the Submission tab, then the Planning tab no longer saves input. You can type in the fields (Impact, Rollout, Backout, etc), but the Save button just issues a PUT error in the console and nothing happens.

The workaround we first attempted was to just remove the $AllTechnician variable and add all of the technicians in manually, which worked - the Planning tab started saving text again. However, this had the side effect of breaking the $ApprovalLink that gets emailed out to non-technician CAB members. The users can still manually navigate to the change and approve it through the self-service portal-- it's literally just the $ApprovalLink variable that breaks.

Adding $AllTechnician back to the Change View makes the $ApprovalLink start working again, but then, of course, the Planning tab breaks and we're back at square one.

Has anyone else experienced either of these issues, or something similar?
