We would like to bring to your notice that Web Remote functionality will be discontinued from ServiceDesk Plus/Asset Explorer due to its dependency on the third-party library SparkGateway.

For new installations, this will come with immediate effect. For existing customers, this will come into effect in the coming months and would be mentioned in our release notes.

For environments that have ServiceDesk Plus integrated with Endpoint Central (based on nodes license purchased) can utilize its remote functionality.
