Hi Team,
We are creating a user onboarding form on SE+ where we have a field for an employment end date for contractors. [Background: as per a new policy, any contractor / 3rd party access needs to be time bound, meaning with a start and end date]
I would like to know if there is a business rule / trigger or other option with the following requirement.
Generate a trigger, 5 business days before the end date:
Option 1: To start a new service request with workflow (for the user to return assets and for service desk to remove access) OR
Option 2: Custom notification emails to user, line manager, HR and IT team that the end date is in 5 days and to start asset return / asset removal
