What admin audit log reports does Exchange Reporter Plus have?
If your IT infrastructure team has multiple members, you must be familiar with how difficult it is to keep track of individual changes. You need Exchange Reporter Plus' Admin Audit Log reports to find out who made what change and when. To access the Admin Audit Log reports: Go to the Auditing tab. Click the Advanced Audit reports link. Select any report under the Admin Audit Log category. How these reports help: Exchange Reporter Plus' Admin Audit Log reports help you: Audit mailbox permission changes.
Internal linking between solutions
Hi Started to build up a knowledge base in SDP MSP. Inside a solution ( e.g. ID 12) in some cases I want to reference another solution (eg.ID 13) for more detailed information about a relation issue or whatever. I can solve this inside solution (ID 12) by using a web link like http://mydomain.com/AddSolution.do?submitaction=viewsolution&fromListView=true&solutionID=13 and this works fine. But this web-adress is fixed, say for instance that I for some reason need to change my domain to "mynewdomain.com".

Hello, I have DELL in almost all of my servers and workstations. If I know in SDP the service tag of the workstation or server, why I can't download the server or workstation informacion and warranty to the SDP asset? Need to configurate something that I miss?

Where to run SQL Queries?
Hi everyone, I've been searching how to export categories to an csv file (anything so I don't spend vast amounts of time manually typing out everything) and there have been several replies stating to run SQL queries. That's great! The only problem I'm having is, where do I run SQL queries? I only have a web interface to work rather than a server with SQL and SDP installed so I would think that it's not possible to run SQL queries... but hey, thought I'll ask. Regards, Byron
All accounts bug?
If you select 'All accounts' and then edit a request, save and then click Requests at the top, you don't see all accounts anymore, but only the requests of the account you just edited. I don't remember this was the case in earlier versions. Is this a bug or a feature? :-P I'm using version 9.4 Build 9403. Regards, Kerim

Desktop Central connect - SDP Connect: Notes, Work Log, Resolution recorded under wrong user
As the title suggests, I have the Desktop Central/SDP Integration enabled and working, however when someone disconnects from a remote session, and it opens the dialogue for work log/resolution/notes, the user enters that info, but regardless of the user logged in, SDP reports the user that entered the info as one particular user. I.e. Alice, Bob and Charlie are SDP & DC users. Alice & Bob end individual remote sessions and fill out logs; SDP reports that Charlie was the author of both Alice and Bob's

We are planning to reinstall Desktop Central on a new server platform as it is currently running on Server 2008. My infrastructure team has asked if ManageEngine supports running multiple server products on one VM - Desktop Central, ServiceDesk Plus and AD Manager Plus. I'm trying to install the trial version of PMP on Ubuntu 8.04 LTS (with no GUI). When I do so I get: ./ManageEngine_PMP.bin InstallShield Wizard Initializing InstallShield Wizard... Searching for Java(tm) Virtual Machine... . Preparing Java(tm) Virtual Machine... .................................. ................................... ...................................and then returned to the command prompt. Issue with Scribble Pad saving 9404
We just upgraded to version 9404, and when opening the scribblepad, then closing it, it comes up with an Internal Error popup. The Server logs show a few common things, most of it is like this: [20:16:59:954]|[05-10-2018]|[com.manageengine.sdpod.v3api.message.EntityMessages]|[SEVERE]|[169]: Unknown Error in v3 api| java.lang.NullPointerException Followed by a long string of Java error outputs.

We use SDP build 9402 and DC build 10.0.189 SDP started with http protocol and port 80 (see Capture-TrayIconInfo.xml.PNG attachment), but we set redirect to https protocol and 443 port (see Capture-server.xml.PNG) It's work fine. Default font changed after upgrading to 9404
We were on 9403 previously. Yesterday, we upgraded to 9404. The first thing I noticed is the default font has changed on new tickets, resolutions, etc.--anything with the HTML editor. Previously, I felt the font was Verdana; now it appears to have changed to Serif. Please see attached image.

Agent upgrade
Hi, After selecting all workstations with older agent versions and clicking Upgrade from Actions window nothing happens - progress windows stays in 0 success/fails state. I have tried to do it from different browsers and with different accounts - same result. Also rebooting machine doesn't help. Thanks in advance for every suggestion.

Is ti possible to have a single API user tied to multiple host. When creating and API user you seem to only be able to enter a single host. I saw an request for this back in 2014 but nothing since. Has this feature been implementing in the software. We are running the latest 9.6. Thanks

Hello, We are using SDP msp plus for managing the customer services. There are accounts and requesters in system. When a requester login (with their login URL ) and make search, all requests that are listed according to search criteria . I mean that result of the search is containing ather account's (customer) request. At this point is it possible to limit search function only within own requests. Regards, Ertan
