Desktop Central connect - SDP Connect: Notes, Work Log, Resolution recorded under wrong user
As the title suggests, I have the Desktop Central/SDP Integration enabled and working, however when someone disconnects from a remote session, and it opens the dialogue for work log/resolution/notes, the user enters that info, but regardless of the user logged in, SDP reports the user that entered the info as one particular user.
I.e. Alice, Bob and Charlie are SDP & DC users. Alice & Bob end individual remote sessions and fill out logs; SDP reports that Charlie was the author of both Alice and Bob's notes in the SDP tickets.
Additionally when I mark the ticket as Resolved in the dialogue box, it does not change the ticket in SDP
