about requester search
Hello,
We are using SDP msp plus for managing the customer services. There are accounts and requesters in system. When a requester login (with their login URL ) and make search, all requests that are listed according to search criteria . I mean that result of the search is containing ather account's (customer) request. At this point is it possible to limit search function only within own requests.
