missing patches - build 1709 and 1803

missing patches - build 1709 and 1803

Hi,

DC display the OS version 10.0.17134 for my computer.

I can see in "Security" - "Missing patches" these patches:
Windows10.0-kb4103729-x64-1709.msu; Windows10.0-kb4103727-x64-1709.msu; 1803_x64.exePatch; Windows10.0-kb4131372-x64-1709.msu

My Question: I have the version 10.0.17134 (Version 1803). But DC display patches for build 1709 ?
