Assigning O365 license - possible bug
When we go into ADManger Plus and O365 Manager Plus and try to assign licenses to recently created user accounts (more than 24 hours old) they do not show up in the user list. If we go into our Microsoft portal and manually add the license the user shows up in the list immediately. Has anyone else seen this?
Setting the Change Approver
Hi We've just installed Manage Engine & so far, so good. I'm setting up the Change Management module & can't see that the ChangeApprover field can be added to the template. Is there was a way of setting the ChangeApprover dynamically on category selection? For example, If the change related to Infrastructure , the ChangeApprover would be set as our Infrastructure Manager. If it was an SQL change it would be set as our DBA lead. I can set up templates for 'Infrastructure Change' or 'DBA Change' etc.
How to disable Windows Update completely for use with Desktop Central

Solutions Attachments
My techs are able to view attachments attached to a solution however none of my requesters' are able to see that there is an attachment. Requester can view the solution with no issue but does not see the attachment that is part of the solution. Is this a setting that I can adjust to give them visibility to attachments?

Switching users to 0365 SSO
If we have users that have historically submitted a ticket via email, this in turn has created them a user account with that email account. If we move to Office 365, and try to import the users from Azure which happen to have the same email address what will happen? Will the accounts be merged transparently? Thanks

Hi All, I have installed an SSL certificate on my ADSelfService Plus deployment. The cert seems to bind fine, and works perfectly on the site. However, when I go to configure the mobile app deployment, I see the following error: Name in SSL certificate conflicts with server name in URL The server name is selfservice.mydomain.ie, The CSR was created to that effect and issued by GoDaddy. Hello, I am currently evaluating the latest Self-Service Plus. I was able to install, integrate it to the AD without any problems. Then I started to test the features: a. User Enrollment: test passed b. To change Password: test passed c. Forgot/reset Password: test passed d. Unlock account : Having difficulties. I go through the unlock process from A to Z and I get the final message that the account is successfully unlocked, but when I check in AD the account is not unlocked.

Issues installing new SSL certificate
Hello, I am running ADSelfService Plus build 5304 on Windows 2008R2 and can't seem to get the SSL certificate installed properly. I used the SSL certification tool to generate a new CSR. I submit the CSR to get an Incommon certificate along with the Incommon Intermediate certificate and add the certificates to the ./jre/bin/SelfService.keystore using the import commands for Verisign certificates. Then I copy the newly created keystore file to the ./conf folder, check the server.xml file and restart

Is it possible to assign a task based on technician field?
I would like to check the status of all tasks on an incident. If they are not closed I would like to assign remaining tasks to the technician in the Technician field. Looked through Field and form rules and don't see an option that would look at the task status. Will "Set Tasks" assign to technician or just add the task to the incident?

Hello, is there a way in Servicedesk Plus on Demand to change a status of a ticket after a period of time? For example, If a technician puts a call on hold and does not schedule a change manually, is there a way for this to be done by the system and then send a notification? Ideally, I would like requests that have been on hold for a period of three days when there has not been any update to then send a notification and change the status.

Unmerging Multiple Requests in Service Desk Plus Cloud
Hi, Ive had an issue where a technician has merged multiple requests by accident which has created 127requests in 1 job! and there is no where I can find to restore or unmerge the requests, if I manually unmerge one of the requests it splits as a new request and loses the notes on the original job as they remains on the new merged request, has anyone had this issue and been able to find a solution this is critical and I cant get through to support..
