Configuration failing for workgroup computers

We have several test Windows 10 computers that are on a domain with ManageEngine installed. We are able to send patches to them, and send/execute files on them with configurations.

We also have Windows 10 systems that are in a workgroup. I am able to push the ManageEngine client to them, and install a patch with ManageEngine. The same configuration that works for a domain joined client fails for a workgroup client. The only difference between the domain and workgroup clients is that they use different DNS servers. I don't know if this is an issue since I am able to send a patch to a workgroup computer that a configuration fails on, the failure reason is the network path was not found. Does anybody have a suggestion?
