We're still experiencing performance issues with our new 9414 build. Pages and data take awhile to upload or refresh. We had a support call yesterday and completed this step in our db:

ALTER DATABASE servicedesk SET ALLOW_SNAPSHOT_ISOLATION ON ALTER DATABASE servicedesk SET READ_COMMITTED_SNAPSHOT ON
