How do you manage onboarding/offboarding tickets?

How do you manage onboarding/offboarding tickets?

I want to automate certain tickets based on category. Specifically, if I have a category "Job Changes", with a sub-category "New Hire", I want to automatically populate tasks like create AD account, assign/configure phone, assign computer, etc.

I have SD Plus Pro.
