How does User Alerts calculate time to password expiration
We have a few users that are getting notified that their password is going to expire long before it is configured to alert them. I have the alert configured to start notifying 8 days before the expire date but a couple of users are getting the alert months before the expire date.
How does it calculate the expiration date? Is there a way to fix this or do I need to just remove the alert?
