Issue in Probe to central sync
Hi Team/Experts, we are still using 10400 version of IT360 and planning to migrate the IT360 by end of June. currently we are facing issue in sync, probes are giving live data but not in sync with central server. Could you please suggest to troubleshoot this issue. Alan
NULL 0x80041003 error in verifying login
I'm getting NULL 0x80041003 error. It says to contact Support. Does anyone know what likely actions would be? I need to get this done. I have a number of computers working fine. But, I also have too many that are doing this.
missing logs
hi support, the eventlog analyzer had logs collected so far, but the next day all logs are gone. logs do not show up for the hosts that are added, says "0" logs for each column. but messages were received till yesterday noon. how ever we can still see raw packets coming in to the server, see attached couple of screen captures regards, uddika attachment 1. log counts and last received time attachment 2. raw packet logs coming in for the configured hosts

Tools/Remote Control shows "No Domains Available" and shows no computers
Hello, When I go to "Tools/Remote Control" within DC it populates no Domains or computers. No search criteria (adding a specific IP address or computer name) to search for yields anything. This also happens when I go to "Inventory"... No data is present at all. The agent says it is installed correctly. Clicking Scan Systems/Patch Scan shows all systems and all available domains. This just started happening maybe 2-3 weeks ago. Thank you for any suggestions
New Problem after update from 9120 to 9208 with Support Group and Technician
Hello We updated from 9120 to 9208. If I create a new Incident I choose the support group in the dropdown List and then the technician. But now in the newer version 9208 all our technicians appears in the dropdown list of the technician not only the ones who belong to the according support group as it did in the version 9120. I hope it is not a new feature. It's a problem, because if the technician who assigns the requests chooses a technician who doesn't belong to the chosen group, the assigned
ME isn’t recording who has receipted the goods
Noted that there is an issue where Servicedesk plus (Purchase) dose not always show who receipted the goods (in the history tab). This can cause issues when there is discrepancies in the assets received. Also noted that the history is not in date order. Anyone else have this problem and how can we fix this?

Opening attachments in Approval requests
We have an approval process where a request is sent via email to signing authorities across the operations team. These users do not have technician accounts but were able to review the approval request, download any attachments, and approve/deny requests. We recently upgraded from 9114 to 9200 and the ability to open the attachments, without logging in, has stopped working. These users now receive the following error: If they login prior to opening the attachment, they are able to download the file.

"Clear" Alert issue
I'm having an issue with the "Clear" status on our alerts For several servers notification profile, we have all options selected and it set to email out to specific groups responsible for fixing those servers when problems occur. We also have a reoccurring rule set to email them multiple times (up to 10 times) every 30 minutes until the problem is resolved. The problem is, once the issue is resolved, they don't get just one "clear" alert letting them know the issue is fixed. They get reoccurring

OPMANAGER-Manage Engine Data Collection Issue

Request Approvers Not Being Sent Notifications
We use "Approvers" in several different request templates. It appears that any of them where the requestor is filling in the "approver" field on the form, are working fine. However, the ones that are automatically set up through the Workflow tab to send to $REPORTING_TO$, are not working. Hi, I would like to report a problem that occurred after we extended the disk where the ME SDP application was installed. The service would not start from the task manager and when I tried starting it from the command prompt, it gave me an "access denied" error and indicated that the license was invalid. Existing Room Mailbox Fields
When I pull up an existing Room Mailbox in AD Manager's Modify Single Room Mailbox the fields show up as blank under the Delegate and Booking tab. Also the fields for the Room In Policy Requests should be labeled more like what is in the Exchange Management Console. The current labels are confusing because I can't tell which one is for adding users that have to be approved by a Delegate.
Has anyone else seen horribly slow software deployments on DC Build 92038?
We previously pushed 100s of MB of software in 20 minutes or so on our ISP grade internet and Gb inside networks. On hotfix build 92038, software copies at around 1KB per second which is atrocious and renders the most important feature to us unusable. Has anyone else noticed this? It's not hard to monitor in the C:\Program Files (x86)\DesktopCentral_Agent\swrepository\1\swuploads folder. Running OPM 12 with 12000_APIClientFix_Apr15th applied. When I try to add my Palo Alto Networks PA-200 to FWA following the manual, no logs appear. The script in Request Custom Triggers can not be executed
Hi, The script setting in Request Custom Triggers could be executed normally in SDP 9116. When we upgrade to 9207, SDP has the message "JobExecution Failed in ExternalActionJobExecutor: java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException: java.lang.NullPointerException ". The request was created by the API, and there was a table which was inserted using CDATA in descripiton. If there is no CDATA table in description, the script can be excecuted successfully.
Home folder not getting created while copying user
Hello, I ran into an issue while creating a user account (copying an existing one). The template is set to map the home drive to \\server\share\%username% However, it picks up the the existing user's home folder (username of existing user) and maps it to the new user's. Please advise on how we can resolve this. Thanks in advance!

Domain Users are unable to login
Within the past few days we have had a number of Vista computers and Windows Server 2008 R2 servers that are preventing users from typing their password in the password field after entering CTRL, ALT, DEL. EventID 1000 Faulting application LogonUI.exe version 6.0.6001.18000 time stamp... faulting module ADSSProvider64.dll. If I remove the GINA application from ADSelfService Portal, within a few moments the user can then login.
Notification Rules - Content Variables - Asset Name
After update to Build 9209 the Content Variable Asset Name "$CIName" in Notofication Rule Messages isn't resolved correctly. Instead of the assigned Asset Name from the requester the variable text "$CIName" is shown in the notification messages. This problem occurs in every message the variable is used. All other variables will be resolved as they should. What could be the problem with this variable ?
