We previously pushed 100s of MB of software in 20 minutes or so on our ISP grade internet and Gb inside networks.  On hotfix build 92038, software copies at around 1KB per second which is atrocious and renders the most important feature to us unusable. 

Has anyone else noticed this?  It's not hard to monitor in the C:\Program Files (x86)\DesktopCentral_Agent\swrepository\1\swuploads folder.  I can't locate any bottlenecks outside of the code, which obviously I have no visibility into.

Previously, ~800MB of software (Office 2010 7zipped for example) would copy within 20 minutes or so to any machine in our HQ office.  Now, 133MB of software takes hours.  Help?!?  I've already submitted a ticket.
