SDP won't start - Application Layer Started...........(ugh)
Hi, I can't get SDP to launch.
build 9211 - MSSQL DB - IE11
I stopped the services, renamed folder "extracted" to "Extracted_old" and did the RUN.BAT command with elevated admin privileges.
