I am new to OPMANAGER.I have tried to configure some performance monitors for NVR.However I am able to add that one but the I can't get the real time values and alarms for the monitors.When I checked in Alarm details for this specific device ,I have found that the data collection for this device is made daily once only.For the other devices I am getting real time values and alarms.Please find the attached Alarm list and other details.

Could you please shed some light to this issue.
