Having MAJOR Issues With Patch Updates After Applying Latest Hotfix
Hello, Earlier this week I applied the latest hotfix for Desktop Central. I've noticed since doing so, the patch updates I have pushed out are not getting applied, even after multiple attempts. The KB article Configuration-application issues after Desktop Central hotfix suggests to right click on the application installed in the client, and select Apply Configurations. Mobile Client is broken
When I browse to our site via cell phone browser, the login page has multiple problems. First, I have 3 text boxes (username, password, and domain). Why is domain a text box??? Second, auth fails always only on mobile client. Log shows that "NoSuchUserAccountException occured with message : No account to access this service" when, in fact, it does and works fine on desktop views. Custom Script Never Runs for a Request and nothing in the History Tab

PE Builder USB drive corrupt
When I use PE Builder to make a USB bootable drive for the OS Deployer Agent, it loads up DISM and Diskpart as part of its processes, and seems to successfully copy files, but the resulting drive is not formatted, it appears as RAW and is not bootable. This happened on two different machines, both with the Microsoft PE toolkits installed and working. Partitioning/formatting the disks before building the PE makes no difference. I am able to create .iso files using the same buolder with no problems.

Urgent issue with RabbitMQ monitoring
Hey guys We've had a recurring issue over the last 2 weeks where monitoring on our RabbitMQ monitors in AppManager drops off. Random queues fall away from threshold profiles, and this is causing us to miss issues in Rabbit. This first started two weeks ago when all the Rabbit data stopped pulling into AppManager (the monitors still appeared Healthy and Available, even though no queue or exchange data was pulling through) which I then fix by applying a patch you guys sent me. Incorrect monitor readings for partition
Hi Support, I have few devices with strange issue encountered with OPM v11600 and latest patch. Partition Details of the Device (%)-D:\ Label:Data Serial Number ba436437 is showing 317% where maximum value should be 100% I have tried update status and rediscover device. So far still the monitor for this partition is the same. Below is from My Computer Any suggestion on how to fix this? currently it's giving false alarms.
Service Catalogue
We seem to be having an issue with a form that was working for over a year now with no issues. All of a sudden if someone completes the form and hits the "Add Request" button the screen resets the form. No error popup or anything. We tried going to the app log on the server but that was not helpful at all. Any ideas on how to fix this?
Variable Not Populating Correctly in Notification Email
We have a field called job title with a corresponding column name of UDF_CHAR48. When we use the variable in the notification email template, the value doesn't populate correctly. We get a number instead of what's supposed to be in the field. The picture below shows how it is set up:

Dears, I've tried through several ways to add manually software into our CMDB, in specific Software (parent) and Applications (child). Synchronization Issues - OpManager/ServiceDesk
We are still having issues with the synchronization between OpManager and ServiceDesk. Last night we updated both services to the latest revisions, OpManager v11600 and ServiceDesk v.9.2 b.9229. This morning we checked ‘Notification Profiles Triggered’ in OpManager and the alerts do not appear to be automatically raising tickets within ServiceDesk.
Dropbox connection not working
I am trying to setup Export to Dropbox, but the system seems to be having difficulty getting past the Proxy detection. When I click on the Test Dropbox Connection link, I receive the following error... ActiveSync MDM drain battery

Link for Ticket Not Working
The link in the notification emails is not working properly. When I click on the link, it takes me to the home page for Servicedesk. If I leave the browser open and click on the link again, it will take me to the request. Is there anything that can be done so that the link works correctly the first time.

Search not working properly
We're currently on 9.2.9225 and since a couple of versions back (sorry, I don't which one that caused it..) the Search function isn't working as before. I can no longer search for a subset of a subject, nor use wildcards (tried both with * and %) in it. The only thing that will match is if I use the full word, in this case "testcase". Did this change along the way, or is the search function somewhat broken? I've tried using the reIndexData.sh for request and restarting SDP, but no change. See attached
Rabbit queues not pulling through in Applications Manager
Hey guys I've added multiple RMQ monitors in Applications Manager (as I've done many times before) and while they add fine (credentials are fine, firewall access fine, etc), the queues don't seem to be populating. The Exchanges are pulling through however, and on the Overview page the Queued Messages and Messages Rate visualizations are showing metrics, but under Queues it shows "No Data". License issue
We just received our license file from our SCM focal. We have passed our 30 day trial period of ServiceDesk Plus and tried to apply the new license file and it says invalid license file(Error code 500). Password reset reports success but fails to go to DC
When we have certain Domain Controllers set as the first in the list. Password reset will report as success but we can find no matching communication of any kind that we can find. On the other hand password changes work. It appears to only happen to DCs running 2012 and up. v5208 Edit: I am pretty sure my issue relates to to the security patch known issue I am working on attempting to verify it.

DC Backup - No Idle Connection Found
Is there a way to gracefully stop a backup procedure? I started a manual backup using backuprestore.bat about 5 hours ago. I came back from a meeting and it was still going. I checked the backuplog0.txt file and found multiple entries of the following. The last 4 lines stating "No idle connection found" is listed multiple times. And direction would be helpful. Hi, I'm pretty sure we're got an authentication issue with our scheduled backups failing, and was wondering if this was the case ? 2 of our technicians have lost permissions to their views
Both of their roles haven't changed. We tried changing one back to requester and then re-adding/setting him up as a technician again. When they log in, it creates a new requester and they can only see the requests and solutions tabs and no requests that are assigned to them. We have version 9.1, build 9114. Thanks, D
Email ticket creation - works for users but not from Sharepoint workflow
Hi, We were creating tickets from an email sent by an Exchange mailbox. This was working correctly, the @@ commands assigned the ticket to the correct template and pre-populated the fields. We've now moved to using a Sharepoint list and the workflow from the list generates an email. The email is identical to the previously successful email and the email address it is using is listed as a technician in ServiceDesk. But the email generated by the workflow does not assign the ticket to the correct template

Initially I installed OM with the PostgreSQL database but then opted to uninstall and reinstall on the same server with MS SQL Express.
